The Play People began with a simple frustration: brilliant early years teams doing brilliant work, held back by paperwork, patchy training and resources written by people who hadn't sat on a carpet in years. So we made our own — and started sharing them.
What we do
We work alongside nurseries, pre-schools, childminders and reception teams across three strands: a growing library of downloadable resources, one-to-one and whole-setting consultancy, and CPD delivered as twilights, INSET days or termly series. Some settings use all three, some just grab a planning pack at 9pm the night before — both are fine by us.
